The game

Cat Heist is a free game with ads and optional purchases, provided by Alec Lagarde Teixidó, tax ID 53872984S (catheist@aleclagarde.com). By using it you accept these terms and the privacy policy. It is not directed at anyone under 16.

Your game

There are no accounts: your progress (levels, coins, boosters, hideout and looks) is saved only on your phone. If you delete the app or change phones, it’s lost and we can’t recover it. No Ads can be recovered with Settings → Restore purchases.

Purchases

Payments are charged by your phone’s store (App Store or Google Play) and tied to your account there. Prices are the ones the store shows in your country, taxes included.

  • No Ads: one-time purchase. Removes the ads between levels; rewarded ads stay available in case you want them. It can be restored.
  • Coins, packs, rescue pack and unlimited lives: used up as you use them and added only to the game on that phone, so they can’t be restored.
  • Gold pass: one-time purchase that unlocks the gold row of the current month’s loot pass. It doesn’t renew: each month is a separate purchase, and one month’s exclusive prizes aren’t offered again afterwards.

If you pay and don’t get what you bought, close and reopen the app. If it still doesn’t show up, email us with the order number Apple or Google sent you.

Coins and in-game items

Coins, boosters, lives, keys and looks only exist inside Cat Heist. They have no value outside the game and can’t be exchanged for money or given to someone else: what you buy is a licence to use them in the game. We may adjust how many coins you earn, what things cost and how hard levels are.

Withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, what Cat Heist sells is digital content delivered straight away: by buying it you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you therefore lose that right, as allowed by article 103.m of Spain’s consumer protection law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). You can still ask the store for a refund under its own terms: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android from your Google Play order history.

Ads

Ads are served by Google AdMob. When you watch a rewarded ad, you get the prize once it finishes; if the ad doesn’t load or you close it early, there’s no prize. What Google sees and how to choose is in the privacy policy.

Fair play

You may not tamper with the app or its data, or use bugs or outside tools to get coins, items or purchases without paying for them.

Warranty and liability

Cat Heist is provided “as is”. We try to keep it working, but it may have bugs, change with updates or, ultimately, stop being available in the stores. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; important changes will be published here with their date. They are governed by Spanish law. On iPhone, Apple’s standard licence agreement also applies.
