Cat Heist Duels
Estos términos regulan el uso de la app Cat Heist Duels, ofrecida por Alec Lagarde Teixidó (contacto: catheist@aleclagarde.com). Al usar la app los aceptas. También se aplican las condiciones de la tienda desde la que la descargaste (App Store o Google Play).
El juego
Cat Heist Duels es un juego gratuito por turnos para jugar con amigos. Necesita conexión a internet. Podemos mejorar, cambiar o retirar contenidos y funciones para mantener el juego.
Tu cuenta
La app crea una cuenta de invitado en tu móvil. Si borras la app, pierdes el acceso a esa cuenta y a tu progreso; las compras únicas se pueden restaurar. Eres responsable de lo que hagas con tu cuenta. Puedes borrarla cuando quieras en Amigos → Borrar cuenta.
Normas
- No uses nombres ofensivos, que suplanten a otra persona o que incluyan datos personales.
- No hagas trampas, no modifiques la app ni uses programas para alterar las partidas o las monedas.
- No uses el juego para molestar a otros jugadores.
Si no se cumplen, podemos cambiar tu nombre, limitar funciones o cerrar la cuenta.
Monedas y objetos
Los pescaditos, el oro y los objetos son contenido digital que solo se usa dentro del juego. No tienen valor fuera de él, no se pueden canjear por dinero ni pasar a otras cuentas, y lo que compras es una licencia de uso personal, no una propiedad.
Compras
- Se pagan a través de Apple o Google, con sus condiciones de pago y reembolso.
- El oro se entrega al momento. Al comprar, aceptas que el contenido se te entregue de inmediato y que, por eso, pierdes el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días, como permite la normativa de consumo para el contenido digital.
- Sin anuncios, la vía premium de la Ruta del Ladrón y el Lote Gran Golpe son compras únicas que puedes restaurar con la misma cuenta de la tienda.
- Para reembolsos, contacta con la tienda. Si tienes un problema con una compra, escríbenos y te ayudamos.
Nada de esto limita tus derechos como consumidor.
Anuncios
La app muestra anuncios entre turnos, con un límite de frecuencia, y vídeos voluntarios con premio. Cómo tratamos sus datos está en la política de privacidad.
Propiedad intelectual
El juego, sus gráficos, personajes y textos son de Alec Lagarde Teixidó. No puedes copiarlos ni distribuirlos sin permiso.
Responsabilidad
Intentamos que el juego funcione siempre, pero puede haber interrupciones o errores. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de daños indirectos por el uso de la app. Esto no afecta a tus derechos como consumidor.
Cambios
Si cambiamos estos términos, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, te avisaremos en la app.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.

The game
Cat Heist Duels is a free turn-based game to play with friends. It needs an internet connection. We may improve, change or remove content and features to keep the game running.
Your account
The app creates a guest account on your phone. If you delete the app, you lose access to that account and your progress; one-time purchases can be restored. You are responsible for what you do with your account. You can delete it at any time under Friends → Delete account.
Rules
- Don’t use offensive names, names that impersonate someone else or that include personal data.
- Don’t cheat, modify the app or use programs to alter matches or currencies.
- Don’t use the game to harass other players.
If these rules aren’t followed, we may change your name, limit features or close the account.
Currencies and items
Fish, gold and items are digital content that can only be used inside the game. They have no value outside it, can’t be exchanged for money or moved to other accounts, and what you buy is a personal licence to use them, not property.
Purchases
- They’re paid through Apple or Google, under their payment and refund terms.
- Gold is delivered immediately. By buying, you agree that the content is delivered right away and that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as consumer law allows for digital content.
- No Ads, the premium track of the Thief’s Path and the Big Heist Bundle are one-time purchases you can restore with the same store account.
- For refunds, contact the store. If you have a problem with a purchase, write to us and we’ll help.
Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Ads
The app shows ads between turns, with a frequency limit, and optional reward videos. How we handle their data is in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The game, its graphics, characters and texts belong to Alec Lagarde Teixidó. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.
Liability
We try to keep the game working at all times, but there may be interruptions or bugs. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect damages from using the app. This doesn’t affect your rights as a consumer.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, you may also go to the courts where you live.
